Vandaag ben ik rond 10 uur richting het dorpje Polop gelopen. Vanaf waar ik verblijf is het ongeveer 4km (45 minuten) lopen naar het dorp. Castell de Polop is oude ruïne die boven op de berg in Polop ligt. Vanaf de ruïne heb je een prachtig uitzicht over alle bergen en dorpen in de omgeving. Ook vind je op de top een restaurant waar je uitzicht hebt over La Nucia.
Polop bestaat uit een leuk centrum met allemaal kleine smalle straten en gezellige pleintjes. De ruïne bevind zich aan de rand van het dorp, bij de kerk.
Rond 12:30 ben ik weer terug richting de camper gelopen om om 14:00 de Grand Prix van Abu Dhabi te kijken samen met ons pap. Na de Formule 1 heb de rest van de middag besteed om de camper van binnen weer even helemaal te poetsen.
Today, around 10 o’clock, I walked towards the village of Polop. From where I stay, it’s about 4 km (45 minutes) to walk to the village. Castell de Polop is an old ruin situated on top of the mountain in Polop. From the ruin, you have a beautiful view of all the mountains and villages in the surroundings. At the top, there’s also a restaurant where you can enjoy a view over La Nucia.
Polop has a charming center with narrow streets and cozy squares. The ruin is located at the edge of the village, near the church.
Around 12:30, I walked back towards the camper to watch the Abu Dhabi Grand Prix at 2:00 PM together with my dad. After the Formula 1, I spent the rest of the afternoon thoroughly cleaning the inside of the camper.
